Seishū-gakuen-mae Stop (SC17) is on the Sapporo Streetcar Yamahana Line in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, north of the Nishi-7-chōme-dōri/Hōsui-dōri intersection (Minami 16-jō Nishi 6-chōme). It opened on 16 July 1925 as Dai-ichi-Chūgaku-mae Stop, was renamed Ichi-Chū-mae on 10 May 1928, became part of the Yamahana-nishi Line opening on 23 November 1931, was renamed Minami-16-jō Seishū-Kōtōgakkō-mae on 23 August 1948, Minami-16-jō on 24 March 1950, double-tracked between this stop and Kashiwa-Chūgaku-mae (now Kōnan-shōgakkō-mae) in 1951, renamed Yamahana 16-jō on 1 April 1959 and Seishū-gakuen-mae on 1 November 1965. The stop number SC17 was assigned on 1 April 2015, and on 9 October 2020 the platform was reconfigured to move the inner-loop boarding island to its present location.

Notes
In the early years a crossover lay between the two opposing platforms, used by 4-keitō and provisional 2-keitō services that terminated here and reversed; in the late period these terminating services were rarely seen, but during morning and evening rush hours dual-car provisional-2-keitō runs would still turn back here in succession.
