History
Tsusumi Station opened on 11 October 1928 on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line in the town of Obuse, Nagano Prefecture, and is 18.6 kilometres from the line's terminus at Nagano Station. The station was destaffed on 6 July 1973. It once had a wooden station building staffed by railway employees but now consists only of a simple waiting room, a single ground-level side platform, and a pit toilet, with limited-express trains passing through. Its station number is N16.
