History
Kasukawa Station opened on 10 November 1928 as part of the original Jomo Line, in the city of Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture. It sits 13.3 km from the terminus at Chuo-Maebashi and is served by a single island platform connected to the station building by a level crossing. A new station building was completed on 30 November 2004 to replace the earlier structure. The Jomo Electric Railway has operated the station throughout its history.
