History

Hodokubo Station opened on 10 January 2000 in Hino, Tokyo, when the Tama Toshi Monorail Line was extended between Tachikawa-Kita and Tama Center. It is operated by Tokyo Tama Intercity Monorail. The elevated, two-track station has two opposed side platforms with the station building beneath, in the standardised pattern used along the line. The station is unstaffed. Station numbering was introduced on the line in February 2018, assigning Hodokubo the code TT06. It runs alongside the Keiō Dōbutsuen Line above Tokyo Metropolitan Route 503 in a parallel section, but the Keio line has no station here.
