Notes
Takao is an unstaffed station with a single ground-level side platform serving one bi-directional track, sheltered by only a small waiting hut. A simple flush toilet stands near the entrance. Across the Neo River from the station lies National Route 157, while the local Takao Shrine (also known as Takao-no-miya) sits within walking distance to the east.
