History
Otorii Station serves the Keikyu Airport Line in Ota, Tokyo, with the west exit in Nishi-Kojiya 3-chome and the east exit in Haneda 1-chome, and is operated by Keikyu under station number KK13. The station opened on 28 June 1902 when the Anamori Line (today's Airport Line) ran between Kamata (now Keikyu Kamata) and the original Inaribashi Station (now Anamori-inari). The name refers to the large torii of Anamori-inari Shrine that once marked the entrance to a new pilgrim road from 1899. Underground reconstruction began in 1985, with the temporary station moved 160 m toward Anamori-Inari in January 1988 before returning to the original location in March 1993, and the line was placed underground on 23 November 1997.
