History
Maki Station opened on 16 July 1988 when the Miyafuku Railway (now Kyoto Tango Railway) Miyafuku Line was inaugurated, at Maki, Fukuchiyama, Kyoto Prefecture. On 1 April 2015 operation of the Kitakinki Tango Railway, the line's previous operator, was transferred to WILLER TRAINS, and the station became part of the Kyoto Tango Railway Miyafuku Line.
