Morimachibyōin-mae Station opened on 14 March 2015 as the newest station on the Tenryū Hamanako Line, in the town of Mori, Shizuoka Prefecture. It is the line's fifth station within Mori. The station is a petition station built at the town's request to improve access to the public Mori Town Hospital and an adjacent cluster of public facilities including the Mori Town Cultural Centre. Total project cost was about 150 million yen. The station sits 13.6 kilometres from Kakegawa and has a single side platform serving one track, with a wooden waiting room on the platform and no station building. It is unattended, with parking, bicycle parking and toilets just south of the platform.
