History
Shōji Station opened on 30 September 1994 as part of a 7.9-kilometer westward extension of the Osaka Monorail Main Line from Senri-Chūō. The station is built in Toyonaka, Osaka Prefecture, and consists of an elevated island platform serving two tracks, enclosed by full-height glass walls. Platform-edge doors entered operation on 31 October 2020.
