History
Seiryō-kōkō-mae Station (no. 10) is an Utsunomiya Light Rail Utsunomiya-Haga LRT Line tram stop at the western edge of Utsunomiya Kiyohara Industrial Park in Takeshita-machi, Utsunomiya, on side-reservation track. The stop is named for the Tochigi Prefectural Utsunomiya-Seiryō High School. The provisional name during planning was "Sakushin-gakuin-kita" but the private Sakushin Gakuin University fell foul of the "specific personal, corporate, or organisational names" naming-standard; Sakushin Gakuin's parent foundation Funada Kyōiku-kai instead purchased the sub-name "Sakushin-dai Sakushin-tandai-mae". An alternative shortlisted name, "Kiyohara-chūgakkō-mae", was also rejected. The stop's name was decided on 23 April 2021, and on 29 July 2023 — a month before opening — the LRT held a 2 km "Lightline Rail Walk" event from this stop along the track towards Tobiyama-jō-ato; the stop itself opened on 26 August 2023. The stop has two opposed side platforms.

Notes
A month before the line opened, the operator hosted a "Lightline Rail Walk" event on 29 July 2023 in which participants walked 2 km along the actual track from this stop towards Tobiyama-jō-ato and back — one of the only times in Japan that the public has been allowed to walk inside a functioning tramway's permanent way.
