Kiyohara-chiku-shimin-sentā-mae Station (no. 11) is an Utsunomiya Light Rail Utsunomiya-Haga LRT Line tram stop in Kiyohara-kōgyō-danchi, Utsunomiya, at the centre of Utsunomiya Kiyohara Industrial Park. It is integrated with the Kiyohara Industrial Park Transit Centre, a major intermodal hub with four bus bays, a 90-space park-and-ride lot, 70 bicycle spaces, two taxi bays, and a community-transit bay. The provisional name during planning was "Kiyohara Kanri-sentā-mae". The stop's name was decided on 23 April 2021, and it opened on 26 August 2023. The JR Bus Kanto routes that had served the transit centre were all abolished on 31 March 2026 when the JR Bus Kanto Utsunomiya depot closed. The stop has a single island platform serving two tracks.
