History
Minoh-Kayano Station is the northern terminus of the Kita-Osaka Kyūkō Railway, located in Minoh, Osaka Prefecture, with through service onto the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. Planning documents from 2010 referred to the future stop provisionally as Shin-Minoh Station before the current name was settled in 2018. The station opened on 23 March 2024 after construction delays pushed it back from the original 2020 completion target. The platform layout is an island platform serving two tracks, and an expansion of the existing Tokyu-owned shopping mall opened alongside the station as the surrounding commercial precinct grew. Operator forecasts project an average daily ridership of about 28,000 passengers.

The station opened more than three years behind its original 2020 schedule and arrived alongside a coordinated expansion of the adjacent Tokyu-run shopping mall.
