Nissen 11-jō Stop (SC07) is on the Sapporo Streetcar Yamahana-nishi Line in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, at the Fukuzumi-Sōen-dōri/Minami-11-jō-dōri intersection (Minami 11-jō Nishi 14-chōme). It opened on 23 November 1931 as Minami-11-jō Stop with a single track, was double-tracked between Minami-9-jō and this stop on 28 June 1951 and between this stop and Minami-16-jō on 5 October 1951, renamed Nishi-sen 11-jō on 15 November 1958, relettered Nishisen- from Nissen- on 1 April 2001 and assigned the stop number SC07 on 1 April 2015. Winter weekday morning peak schedules use an inbound first departure terminating at this stop with an outbound first departure on the return run.
