Rōpuwei-iriguchi Stop (SC10) is on the Sapporo Streetcar Yamahana-nishi Line in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, at the Fukuzumi-Sōen-dōri/Kanjō-dōri intersection (Minami 19-jō Nishi 14-chōme). It opened on 23 November 1931 as single-tracked Minami-19-jō Stop, was renamed Nishi-sen 19-jō on 17 April 1950, double-tracked on 5 October 1951, renamed Yūsei-Kenshūsho-mae ("Postal Training Centre front") on 1 September 1954 and Rōpuwē-iriguchi on 15 July 1963; an approach signal indicator was added in 1984, the katakana spelling was changed from Rōpuwē- to Rōpuwei- on 1 April 2001 and the stop number SC10 was assigned on 1 April 2015. About 500 metres west of the stop is the Moiwa Ropeway sanroku (foot) station, served by a dedicated shuttle bus.
