History
Higashi-Tonden-dōri Stop (SC14) is on the Sapporo Streetcar Yamahana Line in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, at the Shiroishi-Moiwa-dōri/Higashi-Tonden-dōri intersection. It opened on 23 November 1931 as a single-tracked stop, was abolished on 31 July 1948, reopened on 8 June 1949, double-tracked in July 1954, assigned the stop number SC14 on 1 April 2015, had its stopping position moved rearward on 2 November 2016 to relieve crowding (with boarding marks added on the surface) and was completely rebuilt on 18 March 2017 with raised platforms and ramps.
