History
Shiroku Station opened on 15 March 1930 on the Chichibu Railway's Chichibu Main Line, the private line running from Hanyū to Mitsumineguchi. Located in present-day Chichibu, Saitama, the station sits 70.4 km from Hanyū and is served by through-running Seibu-Chichibu Line services. It was an entrusted halt managed from Mitsumineguchi Station for decades, but PASMO IC compatibility was introduced on 12 March 2022 and the station became unstaffed on the same day. A single side platform serves one bi-directional track, and a multi-purpose flush toilet sits inside the ticket gate. Shiroku has the lowest patronage of any station on the Chichibu Main Line.

Notes
Until February 1989, the Chichibu Railway ran a skating rink — the Chichibu Skate Center — directly in front of Shiroku Station; today the site sits empty, and Shiroku has the lowest passenger count of any station on the Chichibu Main Line.
