History
Hida-Miyata Station is a JR Central Takayama Main Line station in Gero, Gifu Prefecture. It opened on 1 October 1955 when the Japanese National Railways' Takayama Line was extended between Kamiro and Hida-Kosaka, and was transferred to JR Central at the 1987 privatisation.
