History
Musashi-Yokote Station opened on 10 September 1929 in what is now the city of Hidaka, Saitama, as a stop on the Seibu Chichibu Line operated by the private Seibu Railway. The station lies 51.3 kilometres from the line's official starting point at Ikebukuro and consists of a single island platform serving two tracks, reached from the station building by a level crossing. Seibu Railway introduced systemwide station numbering during fiscal 2012, designating Musashi-Yokote SI29. In fiscal 2019 the stop ranked 91st of 92 on the Seibu network with an average of 295 passengers per day, reflecting its rural setting along National Route 299.
