History
Senjuōhashi Station opened on 19 December 1931 on the Keisei Main Line in what is now Senju-Hashido in Adachi ward, the southernmost stop in the ward. A 1977 rebuild converted the original two side platforms to the present two-island, four-track layout, supporting the start of through services to the predecessor of today's Higashi-Narita Station and coinciding with the widening of National Route 4 above the line. Express services were dropped in October 2002, but rapid trains began stopping again in July 2010 when Keisei-wide station numbering assigned this stop the code KS05. In February 2014 a station-front plaza opened, followed by a full refurbishment in April 2017.

Notes
A Toei bus stop also called "Senjū-ōhashi" stands across the river on the Minami-Senju side, so passengers occasionally arrive at the wrong bank.
