History
Tōkyō Big Sight Station opened on 1 November 1995 as Kokusai-tenjijō-Seimon Station on the Yurikamome line, the Tōkyō Waterfront New Transit Waterfront Line. It was renamed Tōkyō Big Sight Station on 16 March 2019 to make the link with the adjoining Tōkyō International Exhibition Center (Tōkyō Big Sight) more explicit. A station renovation was completed in March 2025. The elevated station has a single island platform serving two tracks, and its concourse connects directly via a walkway to the second-floor entrance plaza of Tōkyō Big Sight, producing heavy crowding whenever the exhibition centre hosts events.
