History
Oyumino Station serves the Keisei Chihara Line in Oyumino-Minami 3-chome, Midori-ku, Chiba, under station number KS64. It opened on 1 April 1995 on Chiba Kyuko Electric Railway's Chiba Kyuko Line, which was transferred to Keisei Electric Railway on 1 October 1998 and became part of the present Keisei Chihara Line. Station numbering was introduced across the Keisei network on 17 July 2010 and Oyumino was assigned KS64. An elevator linking the concourse to the platform entered service on 23 December 2016. The station has a single elevated side platform serving one track and was built so that double-tracking could later be added; the unused second platform is closed.
