History
Kita-Ōgaki Station opened on 1 July 1944 as a new station on the Kintetsu Yōrō Line, between Muro and Kawama (the latter now closed), in Ōgaki, Gifu Prefecture. Operation passed from Kintetsu to the third-sector Yōrō Railway on 1 October 2007. The unstaffed ground-level station has a single side platform serving one bidirectional track; trains in both directions toward Ibi and toward Ōgaki use the same platform face. There is no station building, with passengers entering directly from the Ibi end of the platform. An automatic ticket-vending machine is scheduled to be installed on 5 January 2026.

Notes
From the station, a former industrial siding once branched off to the Ibiden Kawama Works; the alignment is still visible on the ground alongside the present-day works.
