Notes

The original 1942 wooden station building, modelled on Hikosan Jingū shrine and finished with red pillars to befit a gateway to the sacred Mount Hiko, was demolished in 2021 after the heavy-rain shutdown; a 1994–2004 stint as a pottery studio, gallery, and café preserved it as a community space in its later years.
