History
Yōtō-sanchōme Station (no. 05) is an Utsunomiya Light Rail Utsunomiya-Haga LRT Line tram stop in Yōtō 3-chōme, Utsunomiya, built along Tochigi Prefectural Route 64 (Utsunomiya-Mukōda). The provisional name during planning was "Yōtō". The stop's name was decided on 23 April 2021, and it opened on 26 August 2023. The Kyoju-no-Kai general incorporated association, which operates the adjacent New Utsunomiya Rehabilitation Hospital, purchased the naming rights and added the sub-name "Shin-Utsunomiya Rihabiritēshon Byōin-mae". The English transliteration is "Yoto 3-chome" but on-board announcements use "Yoto 3 (three)". The stop has a staggered two-platform layout, with the Haga-Takanezawa-direction platform east of the intersection and the Utsunomiya Station East-direction platform west of it.

Notes
On-board English announcements call the stop "Yoto 3 (three)", even though the station signage uses the literal romanisation "Yoto 3-chome" — a deliberate accommodation for international passengers who would not otherwise recognise the "-chōme" suffix that denotes a city block in Japanese addresses.
