History
Haga-Takanezawa-kōgyō-danchi Station (no. 19) is the southern terminus of the Utsunomiya Light Rail Utsunomiya-Haga LRT Line, in Shimo-Takanezawa, Haga, Haga District, Tochigi. The provisional name during planning was "Honda-giken-kita-mon" ("Honda R&D north gate"), but it fell foul of the line's naming standard forbidding "specific personal, corporate, or organisational names" and was excluded from final candidacy; following a residents' vote, the current name was adopted. The stop's name was decided on 23 April 2021, and it opened on 26 August 2023. Although the stop is in Haga Town, the Tochigi-District / Shioya-District boundary with Takanezawa Town is only about 400 m beyond the bumper-stop. The stop has a single island platform serving two tracks, with turnaround facilities. The platform connects via a footbridge that crosses the road on its northern side. Departing trains play the "Kōyū" departure melody composed by Naoya Fukushima.

Notes
Although the stop name was settled by a residents' vote, the geography is finely balanced: the platform sits in Haga Town, but only 400 m past the bumper-stop the boundary crosses into Takanezawa Town in Shioya District — making the stop a southern terminus that just barely avoids being a Takanezawa-side terminal.
