The station building was rebuilt in 1976. ICカード nimoca service began on 18 May 2008, and station numbering (T43) was introduced on 1 February 2017. The station was fully destaffed on 1 April 2021 when centralised remote management was installed. The station has a single island platform with two tracks and a maintenance siding to the east.
